Overview

Xcallibre provides a rapid, end-to-end form and document digitization platform designed to optimize field data collection and integration. At its core is X-Station, a secure, customizable system that processes field information and transfers it to back-office systems in under ten seconds. X-Station is managed through X-Portal, a robust web interface providing centralized user control, electronic workflows, geospatial mapping, automated alerts, and advanced data analytics.

To accommodate varying user preferences and environmental constraints, the platform offers versatile inputs through both digital and physical channels. For traditional workflows, the Neo Smartpen N2 acts as a conventional ballpoint pen but utilizes an infrared camera to track pen strokes on patterned paper. It captures, stores, and instantly transmits handwriting as digital data via Bluetooth or USB. Alternatively, the X-Forms mobile application enables digital-first data capture using on-screen keyboards and wizard-driven forms across Android, iOS, and Windows devices.

Both entry methods support twenty-three media attachments, including photos, GPS tracking, barcode scanning, and biometric verification. Fully operational online and offline, the platform features 128-bit encryption, strict validation rules, and direct API integration with external databases. This ensures error-free, real-time data synchronization directly from the field.
